1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Jeddy's Seasoning
Toss potatoes with olive oil and Jeddy's. Roast at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
